Introduction
KMD flip flow vibrating screen adopts the double-mass near resonance principle. Under the action of the exciting force, the relative movement between the main vibrating screen frame and the floating screen frame causes the screen to form a periodic relaxation movement, so that the materials on the screen are fully obtained and go through the screen mesh.
Feature and Advantage
For the dry screening operation of fine grain difficult to screen materials, especially in the treatment of materials easy to plug screen mesh, flip flow screen can achieve very high screening efficiency with a relatively small screen area, and ensure that the screen mesh is not blocked. At present, flip flow screen has been widely used in metallurgical mines, non-ferrous metals, coal and other fine materials dry screening operation process.
