Introduction
Linear Vibrating Particle Size Dewatering Screen a typical screen with simple structure, high efficiency, reliable operation and lower power consumption.
Dewatering screen is vibrating as a linear movement in dewatering, the materials on the screen surface are thrown forwarder to the linear vibrating direction, the materials will fall to the next section after reach the end of first section, the water on the screen surface moves to the opposite direction of material and pass through the surface, the materials will move out from the discharge end after dewatering.
Feature and Advantage
1. Simple structure, high efficiency, reliable operation and lower power consumption.
2. Side wall, as an no-welding structure, assembled by HUCK rivet to ensure the rigidity and no residual stress and guarantee prevention of deformation and cracking.
3. Equipped with easily replaceable and anti-wear plates, under beam is coated by polyurethane materials with corrosion, erosion and wear resistance.
